Store information
Product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are provided for shopping guidance. We aim to keep information accurate, but minor display, packaging or colour differences may occur. Demo or coming-soon products are not available for purchase until inventory is activated.
Orders
An order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm details and may decline or cancel an order where information is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, delivery is not serviceable, or fraud is suspected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. The payment methods and any delivery charges available for your order are shown at checkout. Promotional offers apply only according to their displayed conditions and while active.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Please provide accurate contact and address details.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to the Returns & Exchanges page. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, interfere with store operation or use the content in a way that violates applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luxury Mart is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
